Gave me the wrong item Contacted delivroo for a refund. Then he calls saying that he is going to call the gaurds since I got a refund and saying he is coming to my house for the money.
Reply to your response I ordered at 7:40 got it at 8:40. I contacted delivroo straight away when i saw that the order was wrong and I didn’t want to wait another hour for me to get the food. You called me 5 hours later and one in the morning. And wanted the food back. So you could sell it which is totally disgusting. Or you wanted a refund and was threatening to come to my house.

You placed your order at 19:40 and received it at 20:20. Waiting until nearly 1:00 am to claim it was wrong, is not a valid basis for a refund. We attempted to resolve this by offering to collect the item, but there was nothing left to collect. We will always challenge refund requests that do not follow logical or fair procedures. We stand by our quality and our right to protect our business from unfair refund claims.
Adding reply: i still have email of complain and you yourself offer to collect from your home i wasn't the first and what you try to do with google profile doesn't happen and wont happen.

Very bad takeaway. Ordered a snack box option from the menu I received something completely different ,the order had to be prepared twice and still they still got it wrong . I asked for a vegetarian spring roll and not only did it have meat inside but it was still frozen in the middle. I Witnessed blocks of what looked like chicken being defrosted in the microwave. The staff here clearly haven't a clue what they are doing and the level of English is dreadful. Definitely won't order from here again and I see all the other reviews are bad. There too many Chinese takeaways in this area and they are all way ahead on quality and service . 1/10

Do not order from here!
I ordered a Chinese takeaway tonight for my family, we ordered 3 noodle dishes and a pizza and it was €68.00!!! Extortionate prices for simple noodles and pizza ! Three out of four of us also had a severely bad MSG reaction, the food was extremely salty and we all feel quite I’ll after. The beef was rubbery and the chicken wasn’t far off either. Save yourself a headache and a sore stomach!

This is genuinely the worst Chinese in south county Dublin.
I got a spice bag from them at 6 o’clock, the delivery driver showed up at 10 and his breath stunk of vodka.
When he was driving away he nocked over one of my neighbours bins.
When I eventually got to eating the abysmal spice bag I instantly felt ill after an hour of consuming it. Woke up at 4am and proceeded to shat blood for the next 3days, “ring of fire” is an understatement.
I would never feed this to starving North Korean children let alone my dog stay well away from this hell whole!!!!
